Condition: Spin nice and true, has some dings scratches etc just as normal for a 40 year old Set. These were taken off of a 1978 Peugeot that had upgraded to newer wheels as the hubs are stamped 1981. Front weights 2.1 pounds and the rear 3.6 pounds with the Atom 77 compact 14-28T 6 speed cassette that comes with the set and spins nice and smoooth. We have not polished or cleaned these wheels and not trued them but like we said they are nice and true but not absolutely perfect, just a very nice used set.
